"Very disappointing experience with Sartaj and his team. Initially, they demanded ₹5000 for AC installation and gas filling. They confidently assured my father and wife that the gas was filled correctly and that we wouldn’t face any issues. But just after 1.5 months, the AC stopped cooling. When we called them, they first lied, saying the gas wasn’t filled in the first place. Later, they admitted they had only done a top-up. This is clear dishonesty and unprofessional behavior. It feels like we’ve been fooled and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring them. Trust and transparency are key, and unfortunately, we received neither."
